My idea with NxES Africa is to build a concept and platform that we work together in a Cooperative business model where all of us who work are co-owners and partners. Once we have completed one or more assignments/projects together, we will have a lot to do. Libya or Tunisia could be a hub for North Africa. This would mean that we have three hubs under way with the same concept but different challenges. As a cooperative consulting company, we can get external resources and we are driven by the same commitment to take care of the valuable waste that is constantly increasing. There are no quick fixes to solve it. You have to work with training, logistics, collaborate with many different players in Symbiosis to achieve both profitability, circular recycling and new energy supply both in terms of electricity, fuel as well as fertilization and irrigation.
