NxES SWEDEN AB and NxES Africa COOP are implementing a circular waste-to-energy and climate compensation project across Uganda, Ghana, Tanzania, and Malawi.
Due to the project's complexity—multiple stakeholders, technical innovation, regulatory compliance, and financial structuring—we will adopt an Agile Project Management framework.
Agile will allow us to rapidly adapt to new regulations, stakeholder input, and evolving market conditions while maintaining a structured, transparent, and accountable workflow.
